Before submitting your abstract, thank you for paying attention to the following guidelines:
=> Your abstract must be submitted in
ENGLISH.
=> Your abstract will have to be allocated to
a specific topic/sub-topic.

=> The abstract must respect the following framework:
- Introduction
- Material and methods
- Results
- Conclusion
Title and author’s names will have to be typed out in separate fields.
=> Your abstract (without the title and the list of authors) must not exceed 2600 characters (including spaces).
=>
Simple tables, graphs and pictures are allowed (*.jpeg / *.jpg / *.png / *.gif ).
You will be able to upload up to 4 images which will be automatically added at the end of the abstract. It is therefore important to quote and identify them in the text.
Equations, tables and graphs will have to be converted into images.
=> The title must be in lower case letters (upper case at the beginning of the sentence) ; except for symbols and/or abbreviations that need to be in capital case letters.
It should be brief, clearly indicating the nature of the work.
Do not put a period at the end of the title.
=> You will have to enter for
each co-author lastname, firstname, email address, institution/firm, city and country. Please note that we allow a
maximum of 10 authors.
You will also be asked to specify the name of the presenting author who will be on site.
=> In order to avoid problems of incompatibility, we ask you to prepare your text with the
Arial font, size 10. The text must be single space and a single paragraph starting without any indentation.
Then, you will have to copy and paste the text (without the title and the list of authors) in the indicated field for this purpose using the appropriate icon
